Living at IQ Bangor has been a really positive experience. It feels safe, well managed and supportive for students. When I've had an issue, it's been sorted quickly, and the friendly, calm atmosphere makes it easier to focus on uni life. Egle and Lauren at the front desk deserve a shoutout. They're welcoming and patient, and they listen when you need help. You can tell they care and go the extra mile to get things sorted. Barry from maintenance is a legend too. When something needs fixing, he's quick and does the job properly. Really reliable. The staff are what make IQ stand out. It's a solid place to live, with good vibes and people you can trust to have your back. Definitely recommend.

It's in a brilliant spot, close to the train station and not far from the main university buildings. Being in lower Bangor also makes it easy to get into town without tackling all the hills. The rooms are clean and amazing, and the staff are lovely and friendly. They're always up for a chat if you stop by the front office. Maintenance staff are quick to deal with repairs.

There are ways to meet people and make new friends here, and Barry the careraker is thorough when sorting out repairs and other troubles. The staff are welcoming and wonderful. Iq bangor is a cosy, beautiful place to live, with amazing room space. It's not far from the uni, and overall it's superb. Highly recommend.

Lauren and Egle are always kind and ready to lend a hand. When something technical goes wrong, Barry from maintenance gets there quickly. The staff and customer service are both amazing.

Events help keep a really nice social atmosphere here, and there's security around the clock. Asda and Lidl are just across the street, with Bangor Station close by too. For me, IQ TY WILLIS HOUSE is easily the best student accommodation in Bangor. Pretty much perfect.
