A clean, lovely property with fantastic views. The chocolates on the table, milk in the fridge, and tea and coffee left for us were nice touches. Happy days.

We came at New Year, so with the weather we mostly ended up in pubs or tucked up in the cottage above the main streets. It’s great for dogs, with lots of dog-friendly bars and places to eat. Teds (takeaway/ burger bar) was the highlight of our visit!

The unit was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed and some lovely personal touches. The steps up are quite a lot, but they were fine for me, and the estuary views from up there are fantastic. It was a great location for my stay. The shower is rather small and a bit awkward to move around in, though the bathroom itself is lovely. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The cottage was cosy and clean, and a great summer holiday spot. You get superb views over Barmouth Bay if you have the energy to climb high enough. Best suited to people who are fit and able.
