The problems spoiled the whole week, and we won't be returning. We had no hot water for the entire stay, and when we spoke to other residents, they said they didn't have any either. The WiFi was down, the washing machine broke, the electrics failed, and the front door lock stopped working. When we complained, the owner was unhelpful, obstinate and rude while we tried to sort things out. He never came to the property and refused to offer any credit back. He seems happy to take your money but not deal with problems. He seriously needs to improve his customer service. Avoid if you can, it wasn't worth the money.

The parking was excellent and the area was wonderful, but we left after two days of a week-long booking because my wife was so uncomfortable. The place felt cold and unwelcoming. Although advertised as wheelchair friendly, there was no ramp into the property, and the bathroom toilet was very low, making it unsuitable for someone with disabilities. The lounge felt worn, the corner unit needed a proper clean, and the low recliner chair was faulty and on its last legs. It should have been a rise-and-recline chair. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the kitchen water wasn't very hot either. The pictures on the site aren't recent.
