Bedford Swan Hotel & Thermal Spa

Breakfast had plenty of choice for everyone, and the restaurant staff were really accommodating when we went as a group for a birthday. The food was very nice and prices fairly reasonable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, though the wardrobe is small, and the fridge and safe take up space, so hanging anything long might be awkward. Lovely hotel overall. I’d highly recommend it, but parking can be difficult on a busy Saturday.

Everything on our wedding day ran so smoothly, and the beautiful venue and amazing food went beyond what we expected. The staff were incredible. Amie was wonderful while we were planning, answering all our many questions and helping us feel confident about the day. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, well-organised wedding venue.

After my half marathon, a friend and I spent two hours unwinding here, and it was just what we needed. The spa was calm, clean and lovely. You can order prosecco and other drinks right from the spa, served in safe plastic glasses, so you can sip prosecco in the jacuzzi. Perfection 🤣 We left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were great, and we’ll definitely be back.

The spa was very relaxing, and the sauna and steam room were lovely. The thermal spa water was cold, but the room itself was hot. Our rooms were comfortable and a great place to unwind, with wifi that never dropped out. It was very peaceful over the bank holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Phineas, Mitch, Haydon and Renée. The food was good and affordable, and we didn’t eat out once. Definitely recommend.
