The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, but that was its only real plus. The carpets were in terrible, dirty condition and made the place feel unhygienic. The toilets were clean, but the basic showers lacked essential amenities. There were no curtains on the main window, which left us feeling exposed and unsafe. A bad smell lingered throughout the flat, entrance, and stairwell, suggesting poor cleaning and maintenance. These issues could be fixed with a deep clean and some basic improvements. We spent just one night at Dream Apartments St Thomas Hall, and the stay was very disappointing. We were drawn in by the lower price compared with other Belfast accommodation, but in hindsight should have paid closer attention to earlier reviews. Check-in was frustrating too: the access codes arrived at the last minute, and we had to pay a deposit right away. It felt inconvenient and poorly managed, and didn’t give us a welcoming or reassuring first impression. The apartment’s size couldn’t make up for the poor condition and lack of comfort. Until the place is thoroughly cleaned and better maintained, and check-in is more organised, I can’t recommend it. One of my worst accommodation experiences, and I won’t return.

This company is rude, unprofessional, and dishonest, keeping deposits unfairly. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT book this apartment.

Don’t book this dirty, poorly managed apartment. They’ll waste your time, ruin your stay, and try to steal your money.

The person who answered my call at the Belfast location handled customers very poorly. She was rude and kept hanging up while I was speaking. I didn’t feel reassured about the deposit I’d paid, and it seemed like I might not get it back even if there was no damage. My stay ended today and I’m waiting for the deposit. The downstairs room had no peace at all, with loud people talking, cars, and other noise. I can’t imagine spending one more night there. It was a very bad experience and ruined our day out.
