Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre by IHG

A very good breakfast and courteous, helpful staff made for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well equipped, with thoughtful extras like a kettle, coffee machine and ironing facilities. It's a convenient base near the centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and transport links. There's some building work nearby, but you can barely notice it inside.

We stayed five nights over February in a family room. It was a decent size for the price, and we were comfortable. Housekeeping serviced the room promptly each day. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, with a constant buzz around reception, the bar and restaurant. Breakfast had a really good selection, and we had lunch at the hotel once, with a nice, broad menu. Check which meals the kids-eat-free policy covers. We saw many families having dinner each night, but we wanted to try other Belfast restaurants. The friendly, professional staff really added to our stay. Great team and a lovely visit.

My mum and I stayed for the weekend, and the staff were absolutely amazing. The service was top-notch, the breakfast was amazing, and our room was lovely. The two single beds were exceptionally comfortable. When I asked on arrival whether there was a fridge in the room, they said there wasn't, but they'd get one organised for us. The hotel and staff went above and beyond in every part of our stay. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back xoxo 💗

The breakfast really stood out, especially the English options, and dinner was very good too. It cost a bit more, but felt worth it. We spent three nights at the Holiday Inn in Belfast and had a great time. There was a problem with the room we were first given, but the staff sorted it quickly by moving us. They were kind and accommodating, and the early check-in was much appreciated. I’d happily recommend the hotel.
