Homely wee House

I was in the area for training, and Rosemary packed me lunch every day even though she didn’t have to. She made the whole week feel like staying with someone who really cared. Her cozy home and the way she welcomed me meant a lot, and I’m grateful for all her kindness. I’ll definitely come back. Wishing you all the best, Rosemary. Thank you so much. - Sebastien

There’s a bus stop right outside, with a route into the city centre. The room and house are small, but a bed for the night was all we needed. Rosemary was lovely, very sweet and motherly. We arrived late, and she made us a little dinner of salad and chips. We had a great chat, and she told us she hopes to keep running her B&B so she can support a family in Zimbabwe she’s known for decades. Breakfast was there for us in the morning too.

The bus stop is close by, and the city centre isn’t far. I had a really lovely stay, with a comfortable room, a shared bathroom, and a great breakfast. The company was wonderful too, and I was even welcomed with chicken soup when I arrived!

We were there because of a death in the family, and Rosemary was so lovely about it. She told us not to worry, that she’d keep the room free for a third night if we needed it. She also said we could have breakfast whenever we wanted.
