Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Alfred St

The staff were incredible with our 9-month-old and did everything they could to make our stay easy. We brought her little plate down for breakfast since she’s weaning, and the man working there always noticed and offered to wash it, which was so handy with our limited washing facilities. A big thank you to the lovely woman on reception and the woman and man in the restaurant and behind the bar. I didn’t catch their names, though one of the women had a 5-year-old child. The hotel is right near the shops and train station, and the rooms were clean and modern. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend it. Thank you.

The rooms are fine, and the location makes it easy to reach all the places you want to go. Staff are friendly, but if you want food after 9pm, you’re out of luck and they point you to Deliveroo. That’s not great. Why can’t the kitchen take late-night orders?

I had to cancel because of the rioting in Belfast, and they did it straight away with a full refund. Holiday Inn was a nightmare about cancelling, and the manager was an obnoxious jobsworth. Premier Inn’s customer service is awesome, far superior!

The receptionist and Manager were both so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. The Manager is a fabulous cook, too. The hotel was spotless, and both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. A great place to stay. Thank you both for making our visit so pleasant 😊
