Donna and James made my three nights in Belfast such a fun, terrific stay. By the time I left, I was smiling because it felt like I’d made two new friends. The room was comfortable and spotless, and breakfast was gourmet, but it was the fun, laughing chats with my hosts that meant the most. There wasn’t a detail left untouched. It would take Sherlock Holmes to find fault with The Roseleigh. Another beautiful Irish memory, and I can’t wait to return.

Donna and James were lovely hosts, always making sure we felt welcome and had what we needed. Their friendly, attentive manner made us comfortable throughout our stay at this charming Victorian bed and breakfast in Belfast. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with fresh, well-prepared choices. Our cozy, nicely decorated room was refreshed daily. The house has plenty of character and a warm, inviting feel. We had a great visit and look forward to coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised by the single room. The bed felt more like a small double, and it was clean, well equipped and had everything I needed. The location worked perfectly for me, just outside the city but close to a bus stop into town. Donna and James were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help, and breakfast was lovely. I’d certainly stay again.

This was our second stay, and we can’t speak highly enough of Donna and James. They’re friendly and very accommodating. The house is peaceful, yet close enough to walk into the city centre, and the rooms are beautiful, ornate and full of genuine character. Top marks from me. Looking forward to visiting again.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bedding were warm and cozy. The host was excellent, and breakfast was served with ease and grace. The dining tables were beautifully laid with linen cloths and lovely china. There’s a comfortable, relaxed lounge, thoughtfully furnished with interesting artwork and informative books about Belfast. A very positive stay.
