The staff made staying at Botanic Studios feel comfortable and welcoming. Stewart and Dylan were especially helpful whenever I had a question or needed something sorted in my room, and they were always friendly and quick to respond. It’s also really convenient for Queen’s University and the city centre, both an easy walk away. I’d recommend it to students looking for a supportive place to stay in Belfast.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. There were silverfish issues, and the lack of a 24-hour reception means non-residents can get in. One of the worst places to live in Belfast.

The studios were clean and quiet, and the location is excellent. It’s decent budget accommodation, with fast free WiFi. Just be aware there’s no TV.

Botanic studios has no overnight security, and there have been lots of complaints about noise from the common areas overnight. The management is abysmal. One of the worst student accommodations in Belfast.

Zoe, the apartment representative, was easy to communicate with and happy to help with any questions we had. We were six adults in flat number 3 at botanic apartments on iniversity Street for a weekend in the city, and the accommodation worked really well: three comfortable, good-sized bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a kitchen and living area. It’s in a quiet spot, a short walk from the busy city centre, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby if you’d rather stay close. We’d happily stay again when we come back.
