First time staying here, just for a night with my mum. The staff were very kind, spoke to us when we saw them and asked how the stay was. Our room was lovely and clean, with a shower and TV. It's a basic place, but really nice, and we'd stay again. The only issue was the doors banging when other guests came back from their nights out. I tried holding ours as it closed, but it still slammed. It didn't have anything to do with our stay overall.

It's more like a luxury halls of residence than a hotel, but don't let that put you off. The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is tiny, they only clean your room if they ask you, and there's no breakfast. Still, it's comfortable and cosy, in a great location, with a really clean modern room. The reception staff were wonderful and friendly. Highly recommended!

A great spot, within a short walk of plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars, as well as the train station. We enjoyed our extended weekend here. The rooms were clean and modern, and the shower had just the right pressure and heat. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff really made this place for us. They went out of their way to help, and I felt they wanted us to enjoy our time in the city, not just spend money. Fresh milk, little notes, tasty crisps and that general friendliness all made a difference. They were happy to chat as much or as little as we liked. I think I've found my Belfast hotel from now on. I found booking direct got the best deal, pretty much a no-brainer. The hotel is stylish, comfortable and well fitted out, with reasonably sized rooms. There's a kitchen area with tables too. We didn't use it this time, but it was handy to know it was there and we'd almost surely use it next time. It's pretty central, but far enough from the bustle to sleep easily. The soundproofing was good, with no slamming doors or chatty neighbours.

Really well equipped, warm and comfortable, with fantastic staff and service. The location makes it easy to get to sights, food and transport. Definitely somewhere I'd stay again next time I'm in Belfast.
