The Ulsterville Residences

We’re just heading home after a fabulous two-night stay. The owners were so helpful, and the apartments were immaculate, cosy and warm, with beautiful decor and furnishings. The location was perfect. We’d highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was quiet, sparkling clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Having a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and washer-dryer was much appreciated, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The included parking was a real help, since street parking in the area seems very rare. The residences are a couple of blocks from public transit, with several restaurants and grocery shops nearby.

The apartment building was quiet, with a beautiful exterior and a well-kept interior. The bed was a good size and excellent quality, with a nice duvet and good pillows. The room was spacious and quiet, too. There’s a living area with kitchen facilities, a fridge, and seating and dining space. The off-street car park is handy, though the entrance is a little narrow, and there’s a large road nearby for extra parking if needed. I’d highly recommend it.

Mickey and Christine were fabulous with my family. They gave them an apartment for the night for free and helped me with a letter as proof of address. I had a great experience here, one of the best places in Belfast, and would go back in a blink. The apartment was very cosy, clean and well equipped, with parking on site. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Royal Victoria Hospital, and the bus takes two minutes to the city centre. Lisburn Road is two minutes away on foot, with a variety of shops and restaurants, including halal food and shops.
