This is a fascinating part of the country, with beautiful beaches and spectacular golf. We had a brilliant few days and hope to return before long. The old school has been adapted superbly, keeping loads of character while offering lovely, comfortable rooms. Alan & Carol served excellent breakfasts. Book the suite with the jacuzzi bath!

Carol and Alan were warm, friendly hosts, and Carol's suggestions for places to visit were much appreciated. My husband and I stayed for two nights in a gorgeous, clean room, and breakfast was lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.

The owners were really helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay in this beautifully converted school house. The rooms were nice and breakfast was fantastic. We'd gladly come back.

Getting to Berwick on Tweed and Lindisfarne was easy from here. The welcoming owners keep the whole place perfectly clean, and our en suite had an amazing jacuzzi bath. A lovely place to stay.

We were welcomed at the door and shown to a spacious room that was spotless. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. It was wonderful, and I'd recommend it to everyone.
