The rooms and public areas were spotless, and we thought the hotel had just been built. The staff deserve credit: they welcomed us at check-in, looked after us throughout the stay, and waved us off when we left. Food and drinks were good too. We’d booked a random hotel for a weekend break, and this Hotel Group should be proud of the staff here.

The room was clean and spacious, excellent for a budget hotel, and had one of the best bathrooms, with a huge shower. We stopped for one night on the way to Southampton for a cruise, so my wife could get her annual Christmas shopping fix at Bicester Outlet Village. The buffet breakfast was very busy, with guests queuing for tables, but we waited until 20 minutes before it closed and had no trouble. A very pleasant stay, and we’d happily return.

I was in Bicester recently on a business trip and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It was much nicer than I expected. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included, with plenty of choices for different dietary needs. Recommended.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and well presented, and the staff were super attentive. Jackie deserves a special mention: she was really helpful and knew the local area well. A real asset to the business. We had a great couple of days away.

The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the stay. The evening restaurant let things down: ordering was easy, but our chicken burger and fish and chips took an hour to come out. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and nobody let us know the kitchen was busy. The food was lovely once it arrived, but that long wait and the lack of communication would put us off eating there again.
