Romina deserves a mention for the warm, professional service she gave us. She was friendly and attentive, and made the place feel welcoming. She’s a real asset to the team. Our time at the hotel was wonderful. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was very good, and everything felt well organized. We really enjoyed our stay.

We ate at the hotel and really enjoyed the excellent food. The staff were consistently lovely, and the trip went well overall. The location was very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast on Sunday was so busy that we had to skip it to keep our appointments. The shopping centre restaurants next door get crowded at weekends too, so book ahead. There’s a good range of places to eat, but you’ll still want a reservation.

We’ll definitely use the Crowne Plaza again. The accommodation was excellent, and the overnight stay with 14 day park and two very good three-course meals cost £192 in January 2026. The airport is 1.5 miles away. The hotel booked us a taxi for £30, paid when booking, but it was 20 minutes late at 05.45, with no real excuse. Leave plenty of time. On the way back, we got a cab straight from the airport rank at 08.00 for £12.50. Jan 2026

Ahmed welcomed my family with a smile and a very professional manner. As an IHG member, I felt valued and appreciated his proficient service. It was our first visit, and he gave us plenty of information about places to explore. Romina was super efficient in the bar, and Sri Virat was proficient, truly amazing, knowledgeable and professional. The teamwork from Ahmed, Usman, Sri and Ru was platinum service, above and beyond. Their seamless service and the exquisite ambience made our Christmas festivities very special. After more than 15 years as an IHG member, I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.
