For one night, the small room was enough, and the cleanliness of the bedding and towels was really good. Reception were kind and helpful, and the bed was firm but fine. I was woken by the next room's showering and repeated toilet flushes between 11:30pm and 12:30am, so the walls seem a bit thin. That wasn't the hotel's fault. There was no outside noise until nearly 8am. You get what you pay for.

It was really quiet despite being right in the centre, and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Anjali let me leave my bag early since check-in was later. When I came back to check in, Kim was welcoming, helpful with suggestions for things to do in the city, and very accommodating. Rachel was friendly when I checked out too. A lovely stay at Easy Hotel.

The location is close to pretty much everything, and although the room felt a little cramped, it was so clean that it made up for that. Violeta's prompt, professional service with a smile impressed my wife and me enough to write this on our first day, even though we hadn't planned to review until after the stay. She represents herself and the business really well.

Rachel made check-in and check-out quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, often asking if I needed anything. My room was on the small side, but there was plenty of space for one person, and it was very clean. Great location for my two-night stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
