We stayed here because we had an early flight from BHX, and Yash looked after us in the bar. He was attentive and the service was great. It’d be handy if the bar had a way to tip by scanner. We would have left something, but we don’t carry cash.

Breakfast was really good, with plenty to choose from and everything served hot. The staff kept checking and replenishing the food, and Anita was especially helpful in sorting us out. The food and drinks were laid out nicely too. Thanks, Ibis.

It’s a basic hotel, but handy when you need to be near the airport for an early flight. I wish we’d been told it would be full of dogs for Crufts. There was a lot of noise from people and dogs at night.

The evening meal was very good, and Matt served us brilliantly. He was friendly and polite. A great start to our holiday. The room could use more sockets, though. There were three of us, each needing to charge a phone, watch and iPad.

Just one night, and everything else was good. The staff were helpful. We had an alarm going off at around 4 am. I’m pretty sure we set it, but if it was left by the previous guest, it might be worth checking after each checkout. 😅
