We were seven, my family and me, and stayed Thursday to Sunday for three nights a few weeks ago. We had the whole beautiful house and garden to ourselves. Each of us had a room, with five bedrooms, one bathroom and three en suites. Splitting the price between us worked out incredibly well. It was a nice street and we slept without the noise we’ve had in hotels before. Janice was so helpful and friendly. She restocked the fridge, freezer and cupboards every day with everything we could need for breakfast, and Cimi did a fantastic job cleaning. We took TC Cars to the NEC Genting Arena on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, as recommended. They were friendly and reasonably priced, and saved us the stress and traffic. I don’t want to stay in a hotel again. Thanks for such a lovely, relaxed weekend. We really enjoyed it.

Nothing exciting, but it’s a convenient place to stop near the M42. It was reasonably clean, though the kitchen is only as clean as the other guests leave it. The family room with its own lounge is downstairs off the kitchen, so you’ll be woken when the first guests get up for breakfast.

The location was peaceful and quiet, and I slept well. Breakfast was self-service, and checking in and out was easy. A good spot for NEC shows.

A great find for the price. This B&B was fantastic value, and I’d recommend it to anyone.
