A major leak forced my husband and me out of our apartment in May 2024, and we first stayed at the Sapphire Suite. Regular housekeeping helped make the stay comfortable, and the apartment was immaculate and very clean from the moment we arrived. We ended up there for nine months while repairs kept being delayed. Lindsay was fantastic throughout, extending our booking three times so we had somewhere to stay. Her kindness and efficiency made a stressful time much easier. The whole experience was amazing, and I highly recommend these apartments for the quality and service.

I've stayed in the Jewellery suites at least six times for work in Birmingham. The apartments are very clean and well equipped, with free secure parking. The location works well for both business and leisure.

That little brochure was handy: it explained how everything worked and suggested places to visit in and around Birmingham. We had no WiFi problems either. The flat was spotless and thoughtfully put together, with good bedding and a great living room and kitchen. Most of all, the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We almost didn't want to leave the place. Loved the trip and the stay, and would highly recommend it.

I booked all three flats in the JQ last week, and every one was to a very high standard. The whole block was clean, the flats were well kept, and check-in went smoothly. The beds were made and everything we needed for a Birmingham stay was there. After a long journey, the welcome basket came in handy. We didn't use the car park behind the building, but it had plenty of parking options. You can walk into town in 10-15 minutes, or to Digbeth in about 35. Lindsay, who organised things, replied quickly by text and returned our deposit promptly.
