Jewellery Quarter Apartment

I stayed two nights with my partner and our two young kids. The hotel and room were immaculate, and Faye, Ryan and Akira made us feel like family. They were so warm, welcoming and friendly. The kids were given activities when we arrived, and when we wanted to put the Aston Villa game on, they happily helped us. I'd stay here again next time we're in Birmingham. Highly recommend, and thanks to the staff for the lovely welcome and wishing us safe travels home.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a generous choice of hot and cold food included in the price, served in a decent lounge. The room felt fresh, especially the nearly immaculate bathroom, which had plenty of towels and nice shower soap. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning actually worked. Staff at reception were polite and professional. It’s in a quiet part of town but close enough to the action. Booking directly was cheaper and felt safer. Good value, and I’d book again.

Being next to the light rail and metro makes the trip into Birmingham City Centre really easy. I’ve stayed here for work almost every week for several years, and the service has always been attentive and excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms have what I expect from a Hampton property: contemporary, clean, comfortable, and properly equipped.

Sheena was amazing and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Her hospitality was excellent, and the welcome from the team was warm from the moment we arrived. My room was spotless and tidy, easily meeting my high standards for cleanliness. I had a fantastic stay at Hamilton’s by Hilton in Jewellery Quarter, and I’ll definitely be back.
