The employees were very polite, but management left some of my complaints unanswered at the end, which wasn't good. I had trouble getting in twice because the information was incorrect or there was some technical issue. Usually, I think it's a very good apartment, though it can be a little disorganised sometimes. Otherwise, I would have given it a higher rating.

A nice, quiet studio with parking outside, close to the city centre and local shops. It was great value for money, and I'd recommend it to solo travellers or couples.

The landlord is responsible, but doesn't clean up. Rubbish is overflowing in the street, nobody is coming to clear it, and it stinks. Don't stay here in this mess.

We checked in to find no power and a room that hadn't been cleaned. The WiFi didn't work, the oven was broken, and someone was arrested while we were there. After all that, they refused to refund us. The worst customer service and experience ever.

Management was rude and the place was dirty. One of the worst places to stay in Birmingham.
