When my wife tried to hang herself, I signalled the staff for help and they ignored me. Once I got her down and safe, they didn’t arrange medical help. They called Samaritans and told her to speak with them, even though the staff are said to have mental health training. We also complained about rats in the kitchen and cockroaches in the rooms and kitchen, but nothing was done. When we called a staff member over to see a cockroach in the kitchen, he tried to stand on it. Everyone knows you shouldn’t do that because the eggs can hatch. After we raised the issue, we were evicted. It was one of the worst places I’ve stayed in a long time, and the staff were unprofessional. Sandy was decent but has left. Alicia is amazing, Su is good when Trudy isn’t around, and Victor was good too. Kanye was the main staff member who was absolutely brilliant. Trudy needs to be knocked down a level.
