The flats themselves are great, but the bills seem dodgy in a way everyone has apparently accepted. You can't change energy providers, and the charges are extortionate, about £400 for a medium-usage studio apartment.

Visitors have nowhere to park, and although the parking is secure, getting access is very difficult. There’s no concierge either. Even finding the right entrance is tricky because the address is confusing, with four postcodes for similar addresses.

You can walk to work in ten minutes. The rooms are spacious, and very few developments still have the original steelwork and high ceilings.

It's a very nice building in a quiet neighbourhood, but the lift is awful. It takes about a minute just to open and close.

I love living here. There are a few issues, but it's in a great location and very quiet, apart from the seagulls. It's inside the ring road.
