Premier Apartments Birmingham

Paulina kindly upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment on our latest visit, which made it even better. She and Christina always give service that really stands out. I've stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The location is ideal, with everything in Birmingham easy to reach, whether you're here for work or a break. We'd gladly come back.

The apartments are very well equipped, even with a washing machine, though you'll need to bring your own detergent. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. It's about a 400m walk downhill from Birmingham New Street. The one downside was noise from Dean Street around 5:00am. Fruiterers were moving pallets and making a lot of intermittent noise for over an hour, which made it hard to sleep. Of course, management couldn't control that.

A friend booked four nights for us through booking.com months ago. Later, we were told the booking had been split from one apartment into two. We asked if they were in the same building and got no reply until we followed up more than a month later. Then, on the morning we were due to check in, they emailed to say they'd double-booked. Their disorganisation and poor service left three women stranded in Birmingham without accommodation. This should have been caught and sorted much earlier. Really, it shouldn't have happened at all.

The reception service was friendly and really good today, and they arranged everything for me smoothly. The room is spacious for this price range and the bed is comfortable. Parking is very convenient if you pre-book, pay, and provide your car registration. The location is super close to Bull Ring and other attractions.
