This isn't a hotel, so don't bring your family expecting one. From the other reviews, it seems many residents live there long term. It's a DSS building where the government houses people, including some who've been turned out of other places.

It was filthy and unhygienic, just a really bad place. My kids got sick there.

The service was horrific, there was no WiFi, and the bed sheets were dirty. A horrible place to stay.

The windows have been broken for over a month and still haven't been fixed, even though it rains every day 😂. There was absolutely no WiFi, and the service was poor. A terrible place.

There was something for everyone at the breakfast club, with food, clothes, and toys, and it went well. Let's feed Brum invited me along with my bags of jewellery. The residents had a lovely day, and the staff were helpful.
