The social events and prize giveaways have been a fun way to meet people in the building, and the staff are a big part of why this has felt like such a wholesome, seamless stay. Day staff are proactive and professional, while night security helps keep things welcoming and safe. The building’s study and social spaces are consistently pristine, and the gym has a great range of quality equipment for a student residence. The location is hard to beat, right by BCU and about a 10-minute walk from Aston University. The new HfS management has been great. A lot of the older reviews are from before they took over. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough, it’s been a 10/10 experience.

The staff make a real difference here. Day staff are friendly, polite and happy to sort things out, and security at night have been great too. They’ve recently started putting on fun events with prizes, which is a nice way to socialise with other people in the building. There’s a good variety of equipment in the gym, especially for student accommodation, and the place is always clean and tidy, with great study and social areas. BCU is right next door and Aston is about a 10-minute walk away. I’ve never had any issues. It’s been a really wholesome experience and I’d recommend it 10/10.

I’ve lived here for just over a year and have felt safe from the start. Residents who were here before me say the atmosphere improved a lot after Silverback Security took over around two years ago. The guards strike a good balance: they’re professional and personable, greet residents by name, and deal with problems calmly. They’re reassuring without getting into your business, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

Probably the best student accommodation! It’s clean and secure, with good facilities and friendly staff. I’d totally recommend it.
