We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. Bhupinder was friendly, helpful and kept in touch throughout. The property was ideal for me and a friend visiting Birmingham to see Bruce Springsteen at Aston Villa. It’s a 15-minute walk to a station for travel into the city centre and connections to places such as Witton, near the stadium. Check-in and checkout were easy to do ourselves. The place was clean and tidy, with good amenities, a shower, and a kitchen with large windows for fresh air and blinds to block daylight overnight. The bedroom and living area had a large-screen TV and digital radio. There was one single bed and one double, both a decent size and well looked after. Local shops for essentials are nearby. I’d recommend it for a short stay if you want to avoid the high accommodation prices in the centre.

A terrible experience. The door wouldn’t unlock from inside unless someone passed a key through the bathroom door and opened it from outside. We nearly thought we’d never get out, but thankfully the lady in the parkour helped us. The shower didn’t work at all, and the carpet, chairs and walls were stained. There were mosquitoes in the flat, and it stank of some sort of drugs.

I was only 5 minutes up the road when I got a call saying there was no electricity, so they gave me a different room. The Wi-Fi they advertised didn’t work, and phone reception in the area is a black spot, which meant I couldn’t do my work. I left after 2 hours, but they wouldn’t refund my £75. The area was noisy too, with building work going on. Biggest waste of money ever. Avoid this place.

Utter garbage. Don’t stay here under any circumstances. Save your money and book somewhere decent.
