The place feels like home, and the owners are so welcoming. It’s clean, tidy, and quiet, and worth every penny. I’ve stayed at a Prim Inn before, and I think this place is just as good. Wishing them all the best from the bottom of my heart ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 Love you and love the place.

We’d definitely stay again. The communal rooms are really spacious, and there’s a kitchen too. Norma is such a friendly, lovely host. After two awful Airbnb experiences, we were close to having nowhere to stay on our first night in Birmingham, and she saved our trip. It’s about a 10-minute Uber ride into the city, with bus stops and a Tesco within walking distance.

The place was secure, quiet, and great value, with free off-street parking. I’d happily stay again if I’m working in the area. Norma was courteous and professional, and the whole place was spotless. The room was warm, with a good bed and linen, a fridge, and a lovely modern corner shower. I’d been told it was a small room, but it didn’t feel that small. There’s also a clean, industrial-style kitchen with all the cooking equipment you could need. Thanks for a great three-day stay, Norma. Kind regards, David P.
