Had a fabulous meal at Feildens Arms Mellor today. My daughter had a brilliant gluten free range to choose from, and the staff were friendly with great service. We'll be back very soon.

We stayed two nights and were the first to use room1 after its recent refurbishment. It was lovely and surprisingly quiet, even with the busy pub. The shower and temperature control gave us trouble at first, but by the second morning it was working perfectly. The first day's continental breakfast came to the room: granola and yoghurt, orange juice, pastries and two pieces of fresh fruit. On the weekend morning we had a fabulous full English. I'd recommend the pub for a stopover.

We had all four meals for a Sunday birthday lunch, and every one was perfect. The service was excellent too. We'll definitely return.

We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed it. The halloumi burger was lovely, and the cocktails were very nice as well. Friendly staff and great service. I'd highly recommend the food.

It's a really nice pub and has been refurbished recently, but £4 for a large Coke is a painful price.
