The prices are far too high for the conditions offered. I’m glad I no longer have to be a customer here. If you need storage, look somewhere else. The vans advertised as freely available for customers to move in and out are, in my experience, never available. They’ve apparently been rented to a furniture retailer just down the road, despite what the advertising says. I wish I could give this place -5 stars.
The management and staff were lovely and friendly, and went above and beyond to keep my things safe. I got payment notifications ahead of time, and they even helped me get my stuff home by arranging a man and a van. I’m very satisfied with the service, communication and support. Definitely recommend Dickson storage to anyone needing storage. Thank you so much.
Teresa, Keith and Phill at Dickson Storage are honest, caring and trustworthy. It’s a fantastic place with great prices, and I highly, highly recommend it. I’ll use them again if and when I need storage.
We were happy to put our money into a local business, and it saved us waiting two days for an Amazon delivery. The prices were very competitive, and they also sell sticky tape and handheld tape machines. We needed different sized boxes at short notice for a house clearance, so we tried the flat pack cardboard box service after using the storage facility before. The staff in the office were very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the sturdy boxes and the range of small, medium and large sizes. Very happy customer.
The boxes are sturdy, seem double walled and very strong, and were a decent price for the amount I bought. The lovely lady in the office answered my questions and helped with the purchase. Very professional.
