The bar served lovely food at very reasonable prices, and there was plenty of parking for a reasonable cost. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Once we figured out the parking, everything was easy. The spaces marked H are the ones to use, and you enter your vehicle registration on the screen at reception on the first floor. At first we weren’t sure because the car park around the stadium says one hour only. Check-in and check-out were quick. The bar staff were sociable and honest too: my husband left his wallet at the bar and they returned it promptly. The room was clean, quiet at night and very comfortable, and breakfast had something for everyone. It’s a few minutes’ walk to the beach and about 25 minutes on foot to the tower. I’d happily stay again.

The lady who works there was lovely and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. There was loads of choice at breakfast, and the room was spotless with everything feeling comfortable. This was the only hotel that would take our pit ball dog, and he has a lovely nature. We’d stay again 100 percent.

Parking has overshadowed what was otherwise a decent stay at Blackpool FC Stadium Hotel (Radisson Individuals). The rooms were clean, the stay comfortable, and the location good. I paid the full parking charge and kept proof, but Ocean Parking, the company the hotel uses, has repeatedly sent me fine letters anyway. I raised it with the hotel, but neither reception nor management helped resolve the issue. They left me to deal with the stress of being unfairly targeted by their parking operator instead of supporting a guest. It feels like guests are being scammed while the hotel stands by. Keep strong evidence of payment, such as receipts, screenshots and timestamps, or you could face the same frustrating situation. It’s a real shame, because the rooms and facilities could earn the hotel a higher rating. Until reception and management address Ocean Parking’s practices, I’d be very cautious about staying here.
