I've stayed here before and will keep coming back whenever I'm in Blackpool. The couple are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and spacious, and breakfast is amazing. This B&B has it all, with lovely home comforts and a welcome that makes you feel like a close friend. Definitely worth staying.

We were more than happy with our two-night stay. The couple are fantastic and can't do enough for you, and the cooked breakfast was great. The rooms have everything you need, including an iron, hair dryer, fridge and either a fan or heater depending on the weather. We've booked again for November. Thanks to you both, and see you soon. I spent one night in a large room with a very clean, comfortable bed. There was a large TV, a fridge and a good selection of tea and coffee. The staff were friendly, and he even helped with my bag. Nice one. I'd definitely recommend it.

Phil and Chris are wonderful, and nothing is too much trouble. Best guesthouse in Blackpool by a mile, with a lovely stay and the best breakfast money can buy. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. 10/10. You arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The couple running the place were so warm and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent. It’s also close to the amenities.
