We stayed overnight at Caledonia house in September for the fireworks, booking two family rooms, and couldn't complain. Our lovely couple hosts greeted us, shared all the information we needed, then left us to enjoy our stay. The rooms were faultless. Judging by some reviews, if you wanted something different, book aboard. This is Blackpool, and I'm sure if you'd raised a concern with your host, you wouldn't have waited until after leaving to write a dishonest review. Thanks, we'll be back in the future.

We had a brilliant Saturday-to-Monday bank holiday break with our kids, aged 7 and 11. Elwyn and Terri are a lovely, helpful couple and the accommodation was great. The location was handy for all the amenities, and breakfast was good, with other choices for the kids if they didn't fancy a full English. Our room was right at the top, with a pretty view of Blackpool Tower lit up at night. It had a double bed and a bunk bed, double on the bottom and single on top. The room was clean and tidy, with en-suite facilities. A very pleasant stay, thanks again. We'd definitely come back.

Breakfast was delicious, and it was easy to get around from this spot just behind Sea Life, with everything close by. The room was spotless and the owners made us feel very welcome. Parking was great too, as long as you book ahead. I'd happily recommend it, and this is going to be my regular guest house now.

We had a comfortable, clean room and a good breakfast, and the hosts were friendly from the start. I had a little accident during our stay in Blackpool, so they moved us to another room without charging us and went out of their way to help. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. I'd recommend this hotel.

We were able to leave the car there after checkout and enjoy the day before heading home, which was a real help. The location is central, just behind the tower, and parking was great. The owners were welcoming, our room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious on both days we stayed. I'd highly recommend it.
