We had no hot water for the whole stay, and barely any water pressure in the bathroom. When we raised it, staff brushed us off and ignored our complaints. They took our hard-earned money but wouldn't provide basic comforts. A disgraceful place. Save yourself the trip and stay somewhere else.

The room was freezing, even with the heating turned all the way up, because the window wouldn't shut. The hot water tap was broken too. Damp was showing through the peeling wallpaper and ceiling, and even the nice little quote on the wall was incomplete, with its last words missing. Wouldn't return. 2/10.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We got back around 11pm after one night and found there was no water or heating, even though it was winter. The owner ignored my calls and texts. Staff knew about the problem but could only tell me to contact the owner. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was about 30°C outside, but when we returned the heating was on and the room was too hot, so we ended up sleeping in the car. The rooms were shocking and need a complete refit and paint job. We asked for our money back and got nowhere, so I'll take it up with booking.com. Booked for one night. What a joke, I thought the place was empty when we arrived.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Because of a supposed “gas leak,” we were sent to another hotel. That place was filthy, had no hot water, and its doors looked as if they'd been kicked in. I'd give zero stars if I could.
