James was super friendly and sorted requests within minutes. When I needed sheet changes more often than usual because I was getting a tattoo during the stay, it was no problem. They also have cutlery for takeaways. The rooms are good and the prices are good too. I'll keep this place in mind for my next Blackpool trip.

We slept really well both nights, as it was quiet at night, and the beds were very comfy. The room was clean, lovely and spacious. The location makes it easy to walk to all the attractions in the centre. James, the owner, was welcoming and lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. We borrowed an iron, and he left it outside our room. Great value, and we'd definitely return. Highly recommend this guesthouse. Thanks James x

Parking right outside is difficult, but there are two car parks nearby. The rooms are lovely and clean, and James is friendly and really helpful.

I had to come back to Blackpool for work recently and stayed here again. My family and I first stayed last year, when the location meant we didn't need taxis. Our modern, clean and spacious room had two comfortable double beds for us and our little boy. James, the landlord, was such a nice person and made us feel welcome. 10/10, and I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Blackpool.

James gave me and my young daughter such a comfortable welcome on our weekend away. The guesthouse is lovely, the beds are comfy, and everything was very clean. The customer service was the best from start to finish. We'll definitely be back, and I'd 100% recommend staying here when you visit Blackpool. Thanks again!
