Has anyone else had extra money taken from their account by this company? We stayed for one night on 1 October, with two rooms for £100. Everything seemed fine, but on 23 October they took another £50 without our knowledge or consent. The bank is reviewing it now. If you book, check your account a few weeks after your stay, as I believe they fraud you. They never answer the phone or respond to emails or messages. I'll never book here again.

The location is handy, near the beach and arcades, and the place has been redecorated recently. I slept comfortably, and breakfast was delicious, with tea, coffee and juice available. The hosts are warm and friendly, always happy to chat and start the morning with a smile. I'd recommend booking ahead.

The owners were welcoming, and the location is handy, with a large car park across the road. It was cheap, but the place felt worn. The beds were uncomfortable, with springs digging into us, and the small en suite wasn't inviting. Its toilet roll holder and towel rail were coming off the wall, and the window latch was broken. For three nights in a family room, we were given only two toilet rolls.

We were so upset and stunned by the whole experience. With two small children, we had to find somewhere else to stay, and we lost £125 that we'll never get back. The customer service was awful. They wouldn't even apologise for the inconvenience and upset. We've stayed at plenty of hotels in Blackpool without a problem, but this one was appalling.

The delicious breakfast and cozy, nicely decorated room made for a lovely weekend. The bed was comfy, and I felt right at home thanks to Sam and Rob, who were so welcoming. Duke, the dog, is lovely too. I was really relaxed and enjoyed my stay.
