Crystals on the Prom

The place has changed for the better since I last knew it, even though the owners and decor are different. Mo and Chris were polite and accommodating with my daughter and me. Our room was amazing, the beds were really comfortable, and everywhere was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was lovely, and they kept checking if we needed anything else. Great hosts and location. We can't wait to come back for the fireworks in October, and I'd recommend it.

I was staying on my own, and Maureen and Chris made me feel completely at home. The bed and bedding were gorgeous and really comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. If you're looking for a good hotel in Blackpool, I can highly recommend this one. Thanks to Maureen and Chris for being such brilliant people. x

Maureen and Chris are the NEW OWNERS, and they've done a lovely job fixing up the hotel. They take time to chat with you in the bar and make an effort to get to know their guests. Nothing seems too much trouble, and it's a breath of fresh air compared with some local hotels where you're just a number in a booking book. The staff are fantastic. Kirsty cooks a wonderful breakfast, hot and plentiful, and Paul knows the area so well his recommendations should earn him commission from the tourist board. Tony keeps the rooms spotless and tidy. A gem in the making.

The family room had loads of space for four of us, and was immaculately clean with comfortable beds. Chris and Maureen were so welcoming and made a real effort to see that we had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. It was great value overall, especially with the perfect location. We come to Blackpool at least once a year, and this will definitely be our go-to B&B.
