The owners were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It felt like staying with family, and I had a very enjoyable two nights here. The room was clean, with a sea view, and breakfast was very good. Next time I’m in Blackpool, I’d definitely stay here again.

A quieter part of Blackpool, which suited us well. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly, and it felt like staying with family. The rooms were clean, nicely laid out and had some great views. Breakfast was second to none. Such a great place to stay.

The beds were comfortable and the whole B&B felt lovely. Ivan was such a gentleman and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We only saw Tim when he brought breakfast, but it was fantastic. We’re not really breakfast people, though we gave it a go. We’ll definitely be back :)

That Easter egg left on the table this morning was a really thoughtful touch. We’ve just got home from the Derby and had a memorable weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely sea view. Breakfast was the best we’ve had anywhere, with loads of cereals and juices plus a belting hot meal to start the day. There’s a cosy lounge and a well stocked bar, too. Ivan and Tim were fantastic hosts and did everything they could to make us comfortable. It deserves six stars. Thanks again, and we hope to see you both later in the year. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Breakfast was superb, and Tim and Ivan make you feel right at home. It’s a great little hotel with the tram network handy nearby. 100% recommended.
