We were in room 2 on the ground floor, which was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. Tim had arranged for it to be cleaned early so it was ready when we arrived, after we’d let him know we’d be early and asked about parking before checking in. He met us there and was very helpful. Everything we needed was in the room, and the tram stop was just a two-minute walk away. We had a lovely couple of days.

Tim was a great host. We arrived late, and he showed us where to park, then shared useful tips on places to eat and which trams to take. We were a family of four visiting for the Illuminations and had everything we needed in our family room. It was at the back of the building, so nice and quiet, and there was no noise from other guests. The area is away from the party centre too, which worked well with our two young children. Tim also let us leave the car parked at the back while we spent our last day in Blackpool. We’d happily come back, since we hope to make the Illuminations an annual trip for the kids.

Tim was so helpful, and the apartments were spotless and well equipped. We slept really well in a very comfy bed. They’re only a minute from the nearest tram stop. The video shows room 5. 😍

Sunday to Friday was a lovely stay. The flats were tidy, very clean and comfortable, and Tim was helpful with anything we needed. We even met his little dog on the last day. We’ll be back in the summer. Such a lovely experience.

We were so glad we booked here. The location is quiet and peaceful, the shower was easy to use and nice and hot, and everything was clean and well looked after. The beds are really comfortable and the pillows are excellent. Tim was lovely and friendly, and gave us loads of advice about where to eat and what to see nearby. We’d choose this place again, it was much better than a hotel.
