The apartments felt warm and cosy, and were very clean and modern. I would definitely stay again. A few things were missing: there was only one frying pan and no pots or oven glove, and the toilet drains smelled bad. The carpet also smelled a bit between the street and the front door, though we couldn't smell it once inside the apartment. It should probably be replaced, as I can only imagine wet feet on it in bad weather.

We had a great two-night stay at King's Court and would happily return. The location was good, just a short walk from the seafront. The apartment was quiet and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, and we slept well both nights. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the lounge had a TV and was a nice place to relax during the day. Self check-in was easy, and the heaters were simple to use and warmed the flat quickly.

We were a large group of friends and found the apartments immaculate and good value. Communication was regular from booking through to the end of the stay. Both check-in and check-out were contact-free and easy, with clear instructions. My only very small gripe was that I thought the bathroom door could use a lock for privacy. It didn't take away any stars, and we'll definitely be back.

We were moved here from another apartment around the corner and were glad we were. The location was superb, and the modern apartment was really nice and spacious for four people. There were thoughtful touches, like milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. We'd definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, and the instructions were very easy to follow. There were thoughtful touches too, including a handwritten welcome note that made the place feel more personal. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay at the Kings Court Aparthotel. Blackpool itself could use some renovation, investment, and TLC, but if you're visiting the town, this is a perfect place to stay.
