Kirkview Guest House

We had a great night's sleep each night. The guesthouse was quiet, including the street outside, but still close to everything. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, with great showers. Breakfast was cooked just right and kept us going for the day, and having tea and coffee making equipment in the room was a nice bonus. My son and I had a very pleasant stay. Chris was welcoming, and we had plenty of nice chats with him. The friendly atmosphere made it memorable, and the place exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in cheaper and more expensive places, and this was far better than any of them. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in blackpool. Nothing negative to say, excellent place, 10/10.

The location is excellent, and the hospitality was wonderful. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and everyone made us feel welcome. Chris, your full English breakfast is the best. I'd recommend this place 100%.

Coral island and the tower were an easy six to eight minute walk away, and breakfast was spot on. The hosts were brilliant, friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean, tidy and very well presented. A lovely B&B and brilliant value for money, with nothing to complain about.

We stayed on a Friday and the surrounding area was quiet. Chris, the owner, was very warm and welcoming, and flexible with our requests. The room was very clean, a little small but fine for one night, and the bathroom and shower were spot on. Breakfast was very good for the extra charge, and there are plenty of car parks a short walk away. Many attractions and Blackpool town centre are just minutes away. A pleasurable stay and great value for money. Thank you.
