Breakfast the next morning was a real highlight. I was well looked after, and the staff were happy to help with anything. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished and full of thoughtful details. At check-in, the receptionist welcomed me warmly and took time to explain everything about the room. I spent one night at Number One and was really impressed by how friendly and attentive everyone was. A fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

We were upgraded at check-in to the indulgence room, which had a balcony, four-poster bed and spa bath with a TV. It was stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and the owners and staff were welcoming and helpful. I also thought the little box of bits and bobs in the wardrobe was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely recommend the hotel and come back soon.

The hosts were chatty, friendly and keen to help. The place has a homely feel while still giving you that hotel luxury, and Room No 4, the balcony room, made us feel thoroughly spoilt. My husband especially liked all the little details in the room. Breakfast was very good, home cooked, and you can order it the night before and pick a time. The service was excellent. We had a lovely Valentine weekend, and the balloon and chocolates were such a cute surprise! 😍 (Picture of the view from our balcony)

Room 12 was pristine and nicely decorated, with a small balcony overlooking the sea. We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Breakfast was great too, and we ordered it the night before. There were nice touches in the room, and on Easter Sunday every guest was given an Easter egg. The hosts were lovely. Highly recommend this hotel for the rooms and breakfast.

We were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary and had stayed at Number One before. The owners and staff were wonderful, and the room was spotless. It had a TV, CD player and tea and coffee facilities, plus a roomy bathroom with a bath and shower. I couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it.
