We were a bit nervous after seeing one bad review, even though all the others were good, but we were welcomed as soon as we arrived. The apartment was spotless, with fresh clean bedding and everything we could need, including toilet paper and spare sheets in the cupboard. It's affordable, clean and welcoming, and the owners are great and always ready to help. When our ride got held up in traffic and we were late leaving, they kindly let us stay another hour or so until the pickup. It felt comfortable and homely. Highly recommended, 10/10. We'll make this our regular place in Blackpool.

Andi is a really friendly, great guy. My partner and I have stayed at Phillips Apartments twice and found them a lovely, relaxing place. We'd definitely recommend them and plan to stay again. Many thanks to Andi, cheers, Matt & Rob.

Flat 6 had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, like a home away from home. Andi and Lisa were both very welcoming hosts. Great location too. I stayed here with my parents and will definitely come back!

The hosts were friendly, and when my daughter left her apple watch behind, he got in touch and posted it back to her. That was above and beyond. The apartment was great and well kept, clean and tidy, and ideally situated within walking distance of all sites. Our stay was amazing.
