Ream Hills Farmhouse

We had a fab weekend with the girls at the farmhouse. It's well equipped, in a good location and easy to get to. We'd definitely go again and recommend it to other big groups or families.

The games room kept everyone entertained, the hot tub was bigger than the usual size, and we especially loved seeing the rabbits and hare. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The farmhouse was spacious, luxurious and had everything we needed, and the staff gave us a very friendly welcome. If you plan to use the dishwasher or washing machine, bring tablets and washing powder. After a year stuck at home, this was just the break we needed, made even better by lucky weather and a real treat compared with the usual lodge we book when we can't take our usual holidays abroad. It's a quiet spot in the middle of nowhere, but still an easy drive to Blackpool or Lytham St Annes.

We hired a motorhome and stayed at the holiday Village Park. The pitches were amazing, clean and tidy, and the park was a good size. You can book a taxi into Blackpool at the weekend for the same price at any time of day. Well worth visiting if you're in Blackpool with a caravan or campervan, and they also have pods to use.

Such a peaceful, beautiful lodge, with very friendly and helpful staff. It's also close to places to visit for the day. We'd definitely book again, and recommend a visit to the eagle pub in weeton.
