The Almeria

The Almeria is well placed for the entertainment and nightlife, and there’s a nice bar for a quick pint before heading out. We had two nights there. Frank and Diane were friendly, welcoming hosts, the whole hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was tasty and presented beautifully. We’ll definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Paul and Debbie

The rooms at The Almeria were immaculate, with plenty of tea and coffee, and breakfast was A*****. Frank and Diane gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived and were perfect hosts. Thanks for the delicious gift, too. We honestly couldn’t fault the stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

There was a lovely chocolate brownie cake waiting for my birthday, along with great decorations. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and Frank makes the best toast! The room was clean and lovely, and Diane and Frank made us feel so welcome. They run a B&B just how it should be. You arrive as guests and leave as friends. A massive thank you for a lovely stay. We’ll definitely be back and always stay here in future.

The best thing about this place is Frank and Diane. We were only here for two nights, but felt like we’d known them ages. They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as expected. The bar’s a nice spot for a drink and a chat, either before an evening out or once you’re back. The rooms are comfortable and the place is well looked after. We got a lovely surprise of homemade brownies, and breakfast was excellent for starting the day. From the moment we rang the doorbell, we felt welcome. Thanks for a great stay.
