The Carlton

Our group has already booked for next year. We’ve been visiting Blackpool for years and stayed in lots of places, and this was the best hotel we’ve tried. The location is superb and central. Walking in, we noticed a lovely smell, and the large, tastefully decorated lounge was a real bonus. We could spend time together there instead of being split between our rooms. The owner, Sharon, and the rest of the staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked, with choices beyond a fry-up, and the coffee was especially good. Our rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable, decent-sized beds and lovely decor. You can see how much pride Sharon and her team take in the hotel. We absolutely recommend it for a Blackpool trip.

The hotel is quiet, though it’s an easy walk to the shops and attractions. It’s excellent value, and we’d thoroughly recommend it. We’ve stayed in several Blackpool hotels over the years, and this was the best. The cleanliness was superb, the decor spotless and tasteful, and the whole place clearly well maintained. The owners can be proud of it.

We stayed again around mid-October. The room was good, the shower was nice, breakfast was spot on and the staff were great. The location is perfect too.

A lovely weekend, thank you. The hotel and room were lovely and clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Agnes les xx
