Malcom greeted us warmly when we arrived. The ground floor was very clean and kept to a high standard, and our room was spotless, with tea and biscuits. The shower was clean too, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. It's near the centre of Blackpool, handy for sightseeing, and there's a bar inside with good prices. It's very cheap for such a fantastic place. I'd recommend it and will stay again. Ali and Emma :)

Malk and Mandy were very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were fantastic and clean. They made sure we had plenty of loo roll, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Great value too. We liked it enough to book another week for February 2026. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family, and hope to stay many more times.

We had a lovely two-night stay. Malc and Mandy are perfect hosts, and the little dogs are so friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm, with a very comfy bed, in a nice quiet location. There's reasonably priced parking right opposite the B&B, and a bar that's great to relax in after a day at Blackpool's attractions. The breakfast bap and cuppa cost £3.50, excellent value and cooked perfectly. We'll definitely return. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The room was cozy and the bed was so comfy that we slept really well. The hosts were lovely, and the little dogs greeting us was the best surprise. The toilet and shower room were both fine. I'd recommend staying here.

We first came here for one night over the bank holiday weekend after someone recommended it, and we're already planning another stay later in the year. Mandy and Malcolm were welcoming and made sure we were happy with everything. Our room was neat and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities, and the bed was really comfortable. There's a well-stocked bar downstairs with very reasonable prices: wine was £8 a bottle, and spirits with a mixer were £3. A good full cooked breakfast the next morning rounded off a comfortable night.
