We stayed on 20/2/26 and were warmly welcomed by the new owners, Cath & Marc, with complimentary drinks on arrival. The rooms are fresh, clean and modern, with family rooms, doubles and en-suite rooms available. Ours was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10, with fresh fruit, cereals, continental choices, fresh juice and a full English. I'd recommend adding it to your stay, it's worth it. There's also a nice bar area with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The B&B is close to the prom, Winter Garden and the tower, all within walking distance, and the car park is a 30-second walk away. Looking forward to coming back in April.

The owner was caring and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was super clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the setting was perfect. Our room had dressing gowns and slippers for all four of us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I couldn't find fault with anything, and we're definitely coming back.

Marc and Cath couldn't do enough for us. Their service and hospitality were second to none, and the location is great, close to all amenities. We stayed at the newly refurbished franklyn hotel and had an amazing time. The bedding was excellent quality, and breakfast was outstanding. Can't wait to come back!

Kath is such a good host, and Mark makes a brilliant breakfast. Our little boy loved the bacon, even though he never eats it! The rooms are perfect and the beds are soooo comfortable. If you're thinking of visiting Blackpool, stay here. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast alone is worth the entry price, and Marc and Cath are a lovely couple who go out of their way to help. The hotel is super clean and wonderfully comfortable, with a great ambience. Staying here honestly feels like it's your home as well as theirs. The location is perfect, and now that I've found this gem, I'll never stay anywhere else in Blackpool. Highly recommended, Gary Lawrence.
