The bed was easily the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and we got a great night's rest. The owners were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location is great. We stayed one night and will be back next time we're in Blackpool.

We had a lovely breakfast in the morning, and the place was good value, simple and cheerful. The rooms were neat and clean, and the people running it were friendly and happy to help with anything. We stayed with the family over New Year and would definitely return.

The owner was so helpful, and the room was lovely and clean. Breakfast in the morning was lovely too. We stayed this weekend and would definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Everything was clean, and it's just off the seafront, close to the shops, pubs and clubs. I'll book again.

The rooms were tiny and not clean. The owners were smoking cigarettes in the bar when we arrived. It was cheap, but still not worth the money.
