The historic building was beautifully decorated downstairs, and our room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was beautiful too. Kath and Rick were so lovely, and I had a few friendly chats with Kath. We stayed for Valentine's Day and found the place beautiful and peaceful. We couldn't have chosen better, enjoyed every minute and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come back. Thanks so much for an incredible stay. Love, Kaylee and Ben 💙🩷, hope to see you soon x

Kath and Rick were always around if we needed them, without being in our faces. The old historic building was tastefully decorated and felt like a home from home. Our room and bathroom were spotless and warm, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was spot on. I'll definitely be back.

We came to Blackpool for an event at the Blackout Tower, and The Old Coach House suited our two-night stay perfectly. The owners deserve all their excellent reviews. The hotel was very friendly, super clean and comfortable, with parking as a bonus. It's away from the central part but still convenient for getting to the main attractions. We couldn't find fault with anything.

We visited from the US in 2023 and I'm only getting around to writing this now, lol. Kath and Rick were kind and accommodating to me and my two teenage sons, and gave us lots of good advice about things to do. The place was immaculate and breakfast was lovely. I can't say enough good things about them. Wish we could go back this year!

The promenade was just a two-minute walk away, and Kath gave us recommendations for things to do when we arrived. My partner and I came to Blackpool for Valentine's Day, and the hotel gave us the best experience we've ever had. When we told Kath and Rick we'd got engaged during our trip, they went out of their way to give us a gorgeous engagement card. They were so warm and sweet. We had their continental breakfast both mornings, then paid extra for scrambled and poached eggs on toast. It was superb and kept us full for the day's travels. The stay made Blackpool really special and memorable for us. I'd give more than five stars if I could, and we'll absolutely come back. Thanks for such lovely service, and we hope to see you both again soon! :)
